Yes, we offer private lessons for adults of all skill levels. Our coaches will help you improve your technique, increase your speed, or overcome your fear of water.
We operate island wide including Rawai, Chalong, Kathu, Phuket Town, Thalang, Laguna and Bangtao. Our trainers can conduct classes at your convenience.
In addition to standard swimming lessons, we offer aqua fitness, competition training, water polo and on-site training at your villa or hotel.
It is recommended to bring a bathing suit, swimming cap, towel and personal hygiene products. If you do not have any of these items, please let us know in advance and we will try to help.

Absolutely! Our coaches specialize in teaching swimming from scratch and will help you master the basics of swimming in a comfortable and supportive environment.
The best time to swim in an outdoor pool is in the morning and evening hours. From 7:00 to 11:00 the water remains fresh and the sun is not too active, which reduces the risk of overheating and sunburn. In the evening, from 16:00 to 20:00, the water temperature is comfortable and the level of ultraviolet radiation decreases. During the day, it is recommended to use sunscreen and a swimming cap for protection from the sun.
